如何保证教练这一职业的含金量？

全球最权威的教练认证机构——国际教练联合会（International Coach Federation，简称ICF）成立于1995年，是一个致力于推广教练技术的全球性组织，该组织设定的标准较高，可颁发专业认证，并建立了认证教练的国际网络。

ICF是目前世界上唯一一家可以颁发全球承认的教练资质的机构。在全球100多个国家，国际教练联合会有超过5万名专业的个人教练和企业教练。目前全球ICF认证教练超过两万多人，ICF已经成为教练行业的窗口。在中国现在拥有ACC认证教练的数量在230人左右，获得PCC认证的教练在100人左右，MCC大师级的认证教练1人。

经过国际教练联合会认证，完成了严格的课程训练并达到要求，表现优秀、不断坚持自我提高的教练。经过ICF认证的教练都接受过教练特训，学员完成了规定学时的训练并由导师加以指导。

为什么要选择ICF认证教练？

怎样取得ICF认证？

ICF教练认证的教练分三个等级：

第一阶段：ACC(AssociateCertified Coach )助理教练

需要完成一定时间的教练培训课程。并且提供书面证明，证明申请者接受过60小时教练专业训练，其中包括48小时与学员之间的直接互动。学员提供从事教练工作100小时以上的书面证明。其中收费的服务需超过75%。递交8位客户的推荐信并递交两封由ICF的教练提供的推荐信，证明申请者具备相关能力。

第二阶段：PCC(ProfessionalCertified Coach )专业教练

需要完成一定时间的教练培训课程并提供书面证明，证明申请者接受过125小时教练专业训练，其中包括100小时与学员之间的直接互动;学员提供从事教练工作750小时以上的书面证明。其中收费的服务需超过90%。学员递交25位客户的推荐信并递交两封由ICF的教练提供的推荐信，证明申请者具备相关能力。

第三阶段：MCC（MasterCertified Coach）大师教练

需要完成一定时间的教练培训课程并提供书面证明，证明申请者接受过200小时教练专业训练，其中包括100小时与学员之间的直接互动；学员提供从事教练工作2500小时以上的书面证明。其中收费的服务需超过90%。学员递交35位客户的推荐信并递交三封由ICF的MCC教练提供的推荐信，证明申请者具备相关能力。

目前Coach8教练技术课程已获得ICF国际课程认证，参加Coach8入门级课程（教练技术三阶段）后，都可申请国际认证教练的培训和认证。
